Financial Aid Specialist

Capitol College, located in Laurel, Maryland is seeking an entry level Financial Aid Specialist. Responsibilities include maintaining data transfer between systems with the financial aid infrastructure and reconciling the various databases. Duties include transmitting student grant and loan records to the Department of Education through ED Connect; disbursing student financial aid awards to the Business Office through PowerFaids; prepare financial reports using various financial aid software. Ability to work with multiple databases, experience with PowerFaids preferred. One year of experience working with financial aid; Bachelors degree required.
