Critical Infrastructures and Cyber Protection Center
The mission of the Critical Infrastructures and Cyber Protection Center (CICPC) is to enhance the security of the state, regional, and national information infrastructure. By providing a public forum for the exchange of new ideas, research, and best practices, CICPC will focus on:
- Developing new ways to secure information infrastructure
- Conducting research involving physical security, cyber assurance, and infrastructure protection issues and policies
- Conducting education and training of information assurance professionals at all levels- graduate, undergraduate, and postgraduate
- Transferring new technologies, practices and policies to industry and government
- Establishing partnerships with government and industry to promote the above objectives.
