Students whose finances are handled by a third party may be required to provide their sponsor with grade reports.

If you need to send a grade report to a sponsor, obtain a sponsor grade report form in the Office of Registration and Records or from the link below. Mail the completed form to the registration office or fax to 301-369-2310. See Student Rights, for more information regarding the policies on student records and FERPA rights.
