The Residence Hall Agreement is binding for the entire academic year. Agreements can be terminated at the end of each academic term, without penalty, under the following circumstances:

• withdrawal from the college
• marriage
• graduation
• official leave of absence (includes sickness)
• college program that requires the student to be away from campus for the semester
• other circumstances with the permission of the dean of students.

Refund Policy

If you withdraw from the college you will have your room charges refunded using the same schedule as tuition.

Any exceptions to this policy are determined by the dean of students.
