The six residential halls, which are named after scientists, are located at the entrance to the campus. The apartment-style buildings provide housing for 90 students. The 15 apartments house six to eight students. Students have access to an on-site laundry area.

All the on-campus apartments are modernly equipped and fully furnished.

The 1,400 square feet apartments contain two single and two double bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room and a large bathroom. The apartments are air-conditioned and have individual climate control. The furnished kitchen contains an electric range, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Single bedrooms are about 130 square feet; doubles are 230 square feet. The carpeted bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, desks, chairs, beds and dressers. The rooms are wired for electricity, cable television, telephone service (two jacks) and LAN access.
