• All summer residents must stay a minimum of four weeks
• Summer Housing is available from May 17, 2008 to August 2, 2008, for a total of 11 weeks.
• Summer housing is not a hotel service.
• To be eligible for summer housing, you must meet one or more of the following criteria:
  • working in the area for the summer
  • taking summer classes
  • an international student
  • a Capitol College student pre-registered for fall classes

Rates for Summer 2008 (rates may change each summer)

• Single: $165/week
• Double: $145/week

Housing is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Single rooms are limited.

A deposit of $200 is required on or before check-in to reserve your room. You will also be required to pay your first month's rent on or before your arrival. Housing costs must be paid every two weeks.
