Step 1: Complete the Application.
You can:
Submit the application with a $200 non-refundable processing fee.
Step 2: Have Transcripts (high school if you're a first-year student; colleges and universities if you're a transfer student) sent to Capitol.
An official, signed transcript of all your academic work must be sent directly from your school(s) to the Office of Admissions. It should be translated into English and certified by an authorized translation service.

Step 3: Submit Your Test Results.
You can demonstrate proficiency in English by submitting your TOEFL score (the minimum paper-based test score of 500 or computer-based test score of 173); or submitting proof of completing a specified level of proficiency at an English language school; or satisfactory completion of English courses at an accredited university or college within the United States.
Step 4: Submit a Statement of Finances.
You must submit proof of sufficient financial resources for living and educational expenses. Documents must be original and current (within six months of student's anticipated start date). Proof of financial support can be:
International applicants sponsored by individuals or family members must make a tuition deposit of $500 with the College prior to formal acceptance and issuance of I-20 forms. An I-20 will be issued 10 to 14 days after the tuition deposit has been processed. Note that international students are not eligible for institutional scholarships or federal financial aid.
You can expect a decision within three to five weeks of submitting your completed application and necessary documents.
