On May 10, 2013, the Alumni and Graduate Reception will be held in the McGowan Academic Center from 5:00- 6:30pm. Return to campus to meet up with old friends, make new ones and congratulate the Class of 2013. »RSVP Now

Join us in welcoming the Class of 2013. Commencement is Saturday, May 11, 2013.

Scholarship Golf Tournament

The 6th Annual Capitol College Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held on September 27, 2013 at Turf Valley in Ellicott City, Maryland. Capitol alumni and community friends participate in a day of golfing to fund student scholarships. »Contact Office of Development

Scholarship Appreciation Breakfast

On April 10, 2013, alumni who previously received scholarships were invited to join current scholars, faculty and staff in showing their appreciation to benefactors for their generous contributions to student scholarships at a Scholarship Appreciation Breakfast.

Career Fair: Capitol College

Alums attended the Capitol career fair on March 22, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as recruitees and/or recruiters. The Capitol College Career Fair provides students and alums with opportunities to meet potential employers within the industry.

Alumni Council Meetings

The Alumni Council held meetings in 2012 to discuss upcoming events and opportunities for alumni to become involved with Capitol programs and events. If you are interested in participating on the Council or a subcommittee contact the Development office at alumni@capitol-college.edu.

Alumni Scavenger Hunt

Capitol alumni and the Class of 2012 participated in a scavenger hunt through out DC on May 5, 2012!

The registration fee was $5 per person or $15 per team which went to the great prizes for the winners. It was open to all alumni and new graduates.

Western Maryland Alumni Happy Hour

Capitol Alums got together on April 4, 2012 at Brewer’s Alley in Frederick, Maryland for happy hour from 5:30 – 7:30pm.

"Social Hour" at C.J. Ferrari’s

Alumni and alumni employers joined students from the Class 2012 for a “social hour” from 3 – 5 pm at C.J. Ferrari’s in Laurel, Maryland. This was a great opportunity for alums to meet the Class of 2012. This networking event is sponsored by the Capitol College Alumni Association and was open to all alums and seniors.

National Electronics Museum

Capitol alumni enjoyed an evening reception of the year that was held on March 15, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:30pm at the National Electronics Museum (NEM) in Linthicum, Maryland The focus was on the history of electronics. The NEM is a natural fit for a Capitol College alumni event. Alums had the opportunity to tour the museum, as well as a free meal, drinks and presentations from Capitol’s Alumni Council and leadership.

Northern Virginia Alumni Happy Hour

We celebrated National Engineers Week with fellow Capitol Alums at Piola in Arlington, VA from 5:30 -7:30pm on February 22, 2012.

Holiday Party

Alums attended the 2011 Capitol College Holiday Party held on campus in the William G. McGowan Academic Center on December 15, 2011 from 4:00 - 7:00pm.
