Larry W. Zimmerman is vice president of Black & Veatch. He previously co-owned three firms that merged with ARCADIS, a global engineering firm, in 2004. The firms were Construction Dynamics Group, CDG International and Lewis & Zimmerman Associates. Zimmerman attended the Harvard Business School-Executive Management Program and is a certified value specialist and fellow of SAVE International. He also is a diplomat of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. Zimmerman serves on the board of Lutheran Fellowship Square Foundation (owners of five senior housing facilities). He is the 2005 recipient of the VU Alumni Association Alumni Achievement Award. He and his wife, Susan (Heitmuller ’70), were the recipients of the Valpo Partners in Service Award in 2001.
