The IRB and/or the IRB Chair may recommend modifications to the guidelines, policies and procedures subject to the approval of the college President in order to maintain compliance with federal and state rules, regulations and requirements and to ensure an effective process for the Capitol College community. Modifications to the IRB guidelines will be posted to the Capitol College webpage. Members of the Capitol College community may offer suggestions for modifications to the guidelines by submitting a written proposal to the IRB Chair for consideration.
