The Alumni Advisory Board consists of Capitol College graduates who participate actively and enthusiastically in the life of their alma mater by making contributions of time, intellect and other resources to the college. Members advise the President of the college on matters relating to alumni, and they provide a model of service and achievement to the college. The Alumni Advisory Board sponsors annual seminars on career or technical subjects.
Meetings The Alumni Advisory Board regularly meets in the Capitol College Boardroom at 5:30 p.m.
Alumni Advisory Board Members:
Understand the nature and purpose of engineering technology education, its broad spectrum of engineering and scientific education, and its applications.
Strive to apply their education received at Capitol College as well as other colleges to develop new ideas that can be applied to improve the status of Capitol College.
Participate actively and enthusiastically in the work of the Alumni Advisory Board and the life of the college, including:
Attendance at a minimum of three meetings of the full board each year.
Representation of the alumni in at least two events of the college each year.
Contributions of time and other resources to the college.
Council to the president both in board meetings and in private.
Annual contribution to the college fund drive.
Promotion of the college in its professional and social life.
