College of Southern Maryland (CSM) - This agreement between Capitol and CSM grants eligible students a seamless transfer to Capitol College once they complete their associate's degrees in the CSM engineering consortium program.

Electronic Campus - Capitol College is proud to partner with the Southern Regional Education Board's Electronic Campus, supporting communities without physical access to college classrooms.

The Graduate School, USDA - Graduate School, USDA has partnered with Capitol College to offer online courses in network security management to government employees and other GSUSDA students. The courses are the first offered through GSUSDA that take advantage of real-time, live audio in its online delivery.

National Defense University (NDU) - Capitol College is one of numerous institutions that have partnered with the NDU to better serve the professional interests of active duty military members and veterans. This arrangement provides an opportunity for military students who have completed selected NDU programs to transfer up to 15 credits in lieu of Capitol College graduate coursework.

National Security Agency (NSA) - The NSA and Department of Homeland Security has designated Capitol College a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education, an honor granted to about 50 institutions throughout the country. Capitol helps NSA to reduce vulnerabilities in the national information infrastructure by producing professionals with information assurance expertise in various disciplines.

Social Security Administration, Ticket To Work - Administered by the Social Security administration, the Ticket to Work program provides access to employment services, vocational rehabilitation services or other services that can help them start working, including job search assistance, job training, resume writing and job coaching. Capitol helps students with disabilities who are receiving Social Security benefits to be part of the workforce through the Ticket to Work program.

Space Operations Institute (SOI) - A partnership of NASA, SOI is a collaboration of industry, government and education. SOI prepares students for careers in the space industry and space mission operations through internship and co-op opportunities as well as hands-on experience by controlling and tracking spacecraft. Students and faculty involved in SOI currently operate four NASA earth science satellites.
