ARTSYS - The online articulation system known as ARTSYS helps students simplify their transfer from a Maryland college or university to Capitol College. Using ARTSYS, students can see which courses and credits that they have completed – or plan to complete – will transfer toward a Capitol College degree. Capitol College has articulation agreements with all the Maryland community colleges, making it easier for community college students to enroll at Capitol and earn a bachelor's degree.

IEEE - The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is a nonprofit, technical professional association that is a leading authority in computer engineering, telecommunications, aerospace and consumer electronics, among others. As one of eight IEEE educational partners, Capitol offers discounts on selected graduate programs to all IEEE full members.

Maryland Digital Library - All Capitol College students and faculty have access to dozens of electronic publications through the Maryland Digital Library. The online resource lets students use an array of material such as databases, electronic books, journals and other reference works.
