The English Woodland Gardens will contain a pond, waterside plants and conversation corners landscaped in stone. From the Observation Pier on the pond, the gardens and wildlife can be enjoyed. These gardens will provide a quiet environment along a winding path where students can escape from the stresses of academic life, find secluded outdoor space to study or simply find a quiet corner. Open space will allow students and faculty to engage in more active pursuits.
Alumni and friends of the college can be recognized as donors to the new campus environment in a variety of ways. Donors can dedicate their names to a technology lyceum or one of the three multimedia classrooms. Glass panels in the railings on the second floor will have space for donor names etched in glass. The bricks in the landscaped conversation corners are available for carved names. All of the contributions will greatly enhance the new look of the campus.
