June 11, 2012
Capitol College is pleased to announce that it will begin offering courses in its Bachelor of Science (BS) in electronics engineering technology (EET) program at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center starting in the Fall 2012 semester.
Others courses currently offered at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center are from the following programs: doctorate in information assurance, Master of Science (MS) in information assurance, BS in electrical engineering, BS in computer engineering and BS in computer science.
Located in California, Md., the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center is a great resource for those looking for a Capitol College education in Southern Maryland. Many courses are offered in the traditional classroom setting, while others are offered online. Still others are taught in a hybrid fashion, which blends online learning with traditional classroom learning.
The EET program prepares students for a wide range of practical electronic jobs ranging from circuit analysis to digital design, control and robotics. Circuit design and stimulation, network analysis and synthesis, transmission lines, micro-system design, and fiber optic communications are all topics of emphasis in the bachelor’s degree program. Students who have completed the first two years of Capitol’s EET program at the College of Southern Maryland may complete their final two years at the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center.
