Keynote speaker David W. Edgerley, Secretary of Business and Economic Development, will talk about the importance of innovation for Maryland.
The launch of the Innovation and Leadership Institute will be announced and an honorary degree presented to Capitol College alumnus Richard Zuschlag, whose Acadian Ambulance Company rescued thousands from the Hurricane Katrina devastation in 2005.
