The Hispanic College Fund would like to announce the search for this year’s Provident Bank Scholar. The deadline has been extended to February 7th!

HCF has funding from Provident Bank for a $2,500 scholarship for the upcoming spring semester. Provident Bank scholarship recipients will also win a paid internship at Provident Bank headquarters in Baltimore, MD over the summer. Once Provident Bank Scholars win the scholarship they can renew it every year as long as they continue to intern at Provident Bank each summer.

Why should you apply?

• The $2,500 scholarship is renewable! Students will receive the scholarship for every summer they intern at Provident Bank which could be all 4 years of college
• Only a limited number of students are eligible to apply
• Students will have a secured paid internship every summer
• The funds will be awarded for THIS spring semester
  

Who is Eligible?

Students who are eligible are:

• Freshman in college this year
• Hispanic or of Hispanic descent
• Financially in need
• U.S. citizens or permanent residents
• From the DC or Baltimore metropolitan areas
• Interested in a career in business or finance
• And have at least a 3.0 GPA
