Emergency Closings
If emergency or inclement weather conditions indicate that Capitol College might be closed or class opening delayed, the college will send information to local radio and television stations.
The college maintains a recorded message and posts a weather advisory on the website when possible. Due to power outages and other unforeseen circumstances that occur during adverse weather, it is not always possible to update this information. It is the responsibility of the student to listen to the radio for announcements. Some of the stations are listed below.
