LAUREL, Md. (Jan. 24, 2011) – Capitol College has announced the 2011 schedule for the graduate program’s virtual information sessions and on-campus information sessions.
Those attending the information sessions will discover what Capitol has to offer, as well as specifics concerning Capitol’s master degree programs and doctorate program. The virtual information sessions offer prospective students a unique online forum where they can acquaint themselves with Capitol’s online class format, CapitolLIVE.
“Capitol College offers two comprehensive methods for students and working professionals to learn more about our accredited, 100% online master’s programs,” Nick Greene, associate director of corporate relations and graduate recruiter, said. “We conveniently offer Information Sessions at the college in Laurel, Maryland, for those who live in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, and our virtual information sessions which are accessible online from anywhere.”
Capitol’s virtual information sessions will be held on the following dates and times:
Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011 at 7 p.m. (Master’s)
Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 7 p.m. (Master’s)
Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 7 p.m. (Master's and Doctorate)
Those looking to attend on-campus information sessions and would like to view a class “live” with our synchronous delivery are welcomed to the Laurel campus on the following dates and times:

“Both sessions deliver information on how Capitol College’s distinct, synchronous online master’s degrees can help students achieve their academic and professional goals,” Greene said.
Six master’s degrees are offered at Capitol College for those looking to expand their education, including business administration (MBA), computer science, electrical engineering, Internet engineering, information assurance and information and telecommunications systems management.
Additionally, Capitol offers a Doctorate of Science in information assurance. The doctorate relies on its strong theoretical foundation and provides students with hands-on experience and innovative research.
Capitol College is a DHS/NSA nationally designated Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education.
