The telecommunications program is supported by a laboratory stocked with a full range of telecommunications equipment including line testers, data analyzers, protocol analyzers and bit-error rate testers.

Computers and computer parts are available for students to use as part of their laboratory hardware experience. Students can build and test computers and study computer hardware. Students build computer networks and test them using network monitoring equipment. The lab also contains other computer networking equipment such as routers and hubs, which allow students to design, configure and test alternate network topologies.
